Commissioning includes microphone gain structure, coverage, source switching, video visibility, control presets, shutdown and restart with operators present. Keep labelled spare cables and agreed critical spares, plus configuration backups. If the control panel or AV network fails, a documented basic speech path can preserve a simple event, but its exact capability must be designed and witnessed.
